The New Face To Absolute Generators

Absolute Generators got a boost of enthusiasm as we passed from the old face to the new and improved our web presence that you can now see. We are excited for how our customers will benefit by the ease of use, powerful search tools, and various other useful attributes of the overhauled website.  We truely believe that our new site will serve the best interests our customers who we value greatly.  Without you we certainly would not keep the lights on (but not because of a power outage).

Now to wonder back in time a little, I wanted to thank you very much for your past involvement and interactions with your correspondence with me.  I knew right from the get go that I was dealing with a top notch business with old school employees that seemed to really care about every factor of my purchase process.  I liked it when you kept emailing me to let me know of the back ordering of my generator several times and informing me that I had other options I could take. I just wanted to hang in there and wait until my ordered generator was available because that was the one and only one I wanted. 

And sorry about identifying you as old school but that was a compliment in my book, not a jab against you.  It isn't often these days that someone actually seems to care about how someone should be treated and dealt with.  I was very impressed that you kept me currently informed as to the progress of my order all the way to delivery.  I felt that you were treating me in a fashion that you yourself would expect to be treated........ergo, old school.  I admire your professionalism and you’re an asset to the company.  I can't thank you enough and wanted to share my true feelings with you.  I like to give credit when credit is due and you surely fit that bill. I'm just sorry that I won't be dealing with you anytime in the near future since I should have a one in a lifetime product and won't need to order another any time soon.  But if ever I need an upgrade, I know where to come and will be directing any business recommendations your way.

Thank you for the update.  It shows what type of company I am working with and it is a rarity to actually get good customer service these days.  I would like to keep this order current unless you have any propane generators or other fuel types in stock that you would recommend as an adequate substitution.  I decided on propane because of the shelf-life of the fuel but I am open to your expert opinion.  Lastly, do you have any idea when the generator I ordered might be available?  Please feel free to email or call me with your reply.

I purchased a generator from Absolute generators and then received an email stating that the generator was on backorder for a month, and that if I wanted I could choose a different one that wasn't backordered. I thought oh no here we go!  but I was way wrong I sent an email and got a very fast response then I found a generator that matched my specs (it was easy they have a vast selection) and as it turns out has a lower DB specification. I purchased it and the next day I received it and a refund for the backordered unit. I couldn't be happier with the service that I got from Cameron at Absolute Generators, once again Thank You
