Absolute Generators takes all client reviews very seriously and attempts to faithfully review all the details pertaining to each, especially as it concerns contentious issues surrounding equipment operations, service, warranty, product failures, unsatisfied customer experiences, etc…, prior to potentially publishing such a review. To this end, consumers doing business with Absolute Generators and/or leaving reviews on our site must expect:
- All stakeholders (client, reviewer, manufacturer, engine supplier, component supplier, our company, 3rd party authorized service center utilized for service or warranty support, or other) receive the same legal principle of the presumption of innocence unless proven guilty.
- To publish a consumer's review prior to evaluating all the evidence in a case puts stakeholders at risk of libel, slander, defamation, etc…against one or more of the stakeholders.
- Rather than block a review, we faithfully attempt to verify the claims made in a review about a stakeholder in advance of potentially publishing the review.
- Absolute Generators reserves the right to review, delay, publish, or refuse publishing of any review, especially those containing:
- Vulgar language
- Misleading or false remarks
- Unsubstantiated claims
- Failure to receive presumed goods or services never promised or implied
- Libel
- Slander
- Defamation
- Willful omision of information in order to mislead
- In doing business with and leaving reviews on our website consumers and reviewers agree to the above.
