Absolute Generators provides Product & Client Support second to none for small to mid-size industrial generator clients.

 

Product and client support begin by answering our phones when a client needs answers to some very basic initial questions like "will it work for my application" and "when can I get it".  It seems all-to-often that thankful clients surprised by our prompt phone call answer briefly relive their frustration with inabilities to reach our competitors.  We the enjoy the job security of simply serving the phone traffic we get reasonably.   

 

We take seriously the evaluation of an application and potential best-fit products.  We practice quick-to-listen and slow-to-speak communication strategies so we can begin to support you well before you even own a generator from our company.  It is very helpful when you come equipped with information on your application and we stand ready to listen and learn with you on what will be the most effective generator for your application.  It is far too costly to mis-ship a wrongly purchased product.  A motto we borrow from our carpentry clients, "measure twice, cut once", is our policy when rightly equipping our clients with generators. 

 

Provided we accomplish the pairing of a product to your application and deadline, we enjoy the client support through fulfillment whether that's working through the transaction or strategizing the logistics behind transporting the generator from our warehouse to your place of business or home.

Embedded in our client dialogue, often we are asked "Do you service the products you sell?" or "How can I get my generator serviced?".  To our clients, we emphatically proclaim, "Yes, we do service the products we sell."  As well, clients in remote locations and others simply not in close proximity to our facilities still can get service and support.  Whether by our own service department or by the extensive service networks afforded to our clients by the likes of Cummins (Onan), Kubota, Multiquip, Winco, and others, after-sale product support is close by.  Many of our manufacturers utilize engines from extremely well-known brands like John Deere, Isuzu, Kohler, and Hatz that are backed by far-reaching service dealer networks in most major metropolitan areas.     

 

Need unique before or after-sale support that demands manufacturer correspondence?  We can do that.  We are on a first-name basis with top leadership, decision-makers, engineers, sales, support and others dotted throughout our manufacturer organizations.  We are a phone call or email away from difference makers at the manufacturer level that brings power the service your receive from our company in support of your generator operations.  

 

Can the same be said for all companies selling similar products to similar clients?  No.
