We know your project depends upon dependable and timely shipping.  Our fulfillment team makes it their business to serve you by proactively collaborating with our carriers to efficiently deliver your products without blemish.  As well, for your benefit, we have negotiated aggressively discounted shipping rates with the nation's top LTL and parcel carriers and will ship your generator or accessory as soon as possible via one of our preferred carriers. Once your order has been received, it will typically ship out of the warehouse in 1 - 2 business days. Most of our carriers take 4 - 6 business days to transport the product from the warehouse dock to your curbside.  Shipments direct from the manufacturer can have longer lead times.  If you have unique shipping requirements or specific deadlines we can work with you on, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.  If you simply want to understand how a generator gets from our warehouse to your place of business or residence, by all means, give us a call and we'll walk you through the process.

Shipping Exceptions To Know

We partner with our clients to eliminate variables that come between us and our sincere goal and effort at providing quick shipping.  We request our customers notify us in advance of any unique circumstances that may arise during the delivery of the product to your location.  This will allow us to prevent concern, frustration, delay, and additional costs deemed the responsibility of the customer. Such exceptions may include:

• Do you need to change your shipping address?  Change it immediately prior to shipment of the product to allow us to serve you with quick, dependable, and timely shipping at no additional fee.  Address changes while in transit will be subject to fees from the carriers that we unfortunately must pass on to you.  Please help us avoid this by communicating these changes immediately, but definitely prior to transit. 
• Have you considered how you will be lowering your generator from the 4' deck height of the 18-wheeler?  You may want to consider our Lift Gate Service at no additional charge.  Just let us know that you need Liftgate service during checkout.
• Additional freight charges are assessed to us by the freight company due to shipping specific locality circumstances that do not allow for standard semi-truck (18-wheeler) access to the customer's location not announced by the purchasing customer at the time of order placement/transaction and while the item is in transit will be passed onto the customer. 
• Freight charges deemed excessive by us regarding freight deliveries due to adverse delivery conditions in a locale realized by us (and/or by customer announcement to us during order placement) prior to shipment, will be brought to the attention of the purchasing customer prior to shipment at which time the customer will be given the option to bare the additional freight charges to complete the transaction or receive a refund in full. Examples of situations that may cause a post transaction increase in freight cost to your order may include, but are not limited to: 
• Bridge laws & height restriction
• Access restrictions
• Road (width or weight) restrictions
• Island deliveries
• Deliveries requiring ferry/plane/train/courier transport
• Other road restrictions
